Are you participating in the National Open House Event on Saturday, April 10th? How has the open house activity been in your area? I've been hosting at least two open houses each weekend (we don't hold open houses on Sundays) and have been finding 1-2 groups per house no matter the price. My opens last an hour on Saturday mornings. I'm curious if your area has seen an increase in activity.
Many buyers have told me that they don't necessarily check out opens like they used to due to the ability to view homes on-line. Have you heard the same sentiments?
If you're planning an open house tomorrow - best of luck - I hope you find new buyers, and best of all - get a listing sold.
