Good morning everyone....    Like many it is becoming difficult to rely on the order uncertainty of AMC's.   What are other avenues that you have found in your markets to be of value to your business?  Divorce attorneys, etc?

Some of the loss mitigation servicers are still ordering some appraisals.  These would typically be REO appraisals, or appraisal reviews on reports done back in time.  Some of these companies are starting to look back in time at prior reports done for violations that could be fraudulent.  You might look into the comp crusher CVR reports comming out by A La Mode/ Bradford tecnologies also. They are a short desktop product designed for appraisers to compete against BPOs.  They are supposed to be very quick to complete.  Good luck.
