I don't know about you, but this whole world of blogging has been a little intimidating. I read a ton of books about HOW to blog, I've read tons of blogs about WHAT to blog, but in the end.......what could I possibly have to write about?
Then the light bulb went off.....THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT OF BLOGGING!!!!!!!
Larry calls me a techie-geek, well don't tell him, but this is my second time typing my first blog. Erased before saving happened. That should be a technology illness for which we all are allowed the right to kick, scream, stomp our feet and in general, throw a big fat tantrum! :)
Why haven't I ever blogged before? Scared? Yep, you guessed it. My high "I" personality (more on the DISC profile in future blogs) probably and secretly didn't want the potential negative attention. Well, it's time to get over it! JUST DO IT! I tell people that all the time, so I figure it's about time to start listening to my own great advice.
Honestly, what got me ready to JUST DO IT, was an article in REALTOR MAGAINE AUGUST ISSUE that must have spoken volumes to me, cause
HERE I AM! I AM TYPING (again, for the second time, ARGH! :))
The article said (by the way, in case you don't have time to read it yourselves) that only 4% of Realtors are blogging and 20 and 30 somethings read blogs, so hello, those are potential future home owners that I am not speaking to. Besides the obvious that this is kind of theraputic! :)
Well enough typing (did I mention that this is the second time I typed this blog?) for today. It's a beautiful day out today and I should be soaking up the rays instead of (re-) typing a blog.
