What kind of activity did you see in your open houses this week? I'm hopeful because even though my open houses did not bring any lookers (in the $120k range) we saw quite a few people out at our opens in the over $200k price ranges which keeps me hopeful for a move-up buyer recovery - you know those elusive creatures that almost became extinct in 2006.
