I held an open house today at $489,500. Ten people and one bird came through the door!

Tomorrow's open house is $314,500. These are tough price ranges in Central Texas, though.

Might cause a ripple, but it would seem that we are doing the same things to market homes that didn't work a few years ago.  So, no more open houses.

I have enjoyed coming back and picking up your "orphans".  Hope you are well and busy!
