There is a real estate market, alive and well in the Napa Valley, Northern California. Sales below the $400,000 price point are dominated by REO and Short Sales, but there are buyers and several multiple offer sales weekly.

I am providing a snapshot of the sales or "hotsheet: as it is called in our area. This is the 7 day activity of the heartbeat of our market. No limits on price, size or location.

Stefan - interesting stats. Living is a smaller area is so differnet than a big city. I imagine it's much easier to keep on top of what's happening.  It would be fun to see pics of some of these homes!  Are you doing some localism?
