Sullivan Farms is another great walking neighborhood in Franklin TN. There are, as of this post, 26 properties for sale in Sullivan Farms, 4 of those are under contract and 4 others are listed as pending.  Additionally 7 houses have closed the first 3 months of 2010 compared to just 3 in the same period in 2009.  The average sales price is about the same from 2009 but still below the 2007-08 prices, but like other great Franklin neighborhoods, expect to see prices climb as the inventory continues to dwindle.
