I think the current owners are a little angry about the thorough inspection you did. They didn't have one done and it cost them $18K.  I, my loan officer and my agent think a home inspection is well worth what I paid.

Thank You for the outstanding job you did on the inspection.  We bought and sold 9 houses and this was the only inspection that was ever done properly.  It was helpful and we will use it to do the repairs with a system, instead of the guess work we usually do.  Thanks again

Hey Erby,

Oh my gosh, this sounds like a great event. If you were in my neck of the woods, I'd be there! Good luck.

It's a great time for all that can attend.  I've yet to win any of the prizes in the Hunting and Fishing games by I keep trying.

Of course, I enjoy the eating the most.  I always feel like a winner in that category.

Just helped unload and ice down three hundred pounds of crawfish for tomorrow's Kentucky Wild Game Dinner.

Howard (the crawfish boiler) gets started early tomorrow monring on getting them all boiled in time for the dinner.

Clay (the smoker guy) will probably be starting even earlier to get a good fire in his smoker.

I hope to see some of y'all there.

If you can't get there this year, it'll be about the same time next year when we do it again.!
