South Windsor Bark Park

South Windsor Bark ParkDo you enjoy going to the park, and having fun on those warm summer days?  Well so does your dog!  And thanks to South Windsor Bark Park, now your dog has a place of its own to come and stretch its legs and enjoy the weather!  South Windsor Bark Park is a local venue for those furry members of our family, that specializes in all canine related activities, and is a great place to let your dog off of its leash and stretch its legs!

Established by South Windsor residents in 2007, South Windsor Bark Park was a grass roots effort to provide a place where well behaved dogs could exercise leash free in a safe clean environment.  Today, the park has grown into a full service venue with separate small dog/large dog areas, as well as cleaning stations, water areas and even agility equipment.  The park hours are from sunrise to 9:30 pm, and it is open 7 days a week.

One of the first facilities of its kind, South Windsor Bark Park is a great place for you, and your dog to come and relax for the afternoon.  Located next to Nevers Road Park, the entire area is serene, with beautifully wooded areas and peaceful, safe environment.  Make your dogs happy dogs by bringing them to South Windsor Bark Park. They will love it, and so will you!

Molly loves going to the Bark Park.  She starts getting excited as soon as we turn up the street!  She never wants to leave.  This is a great thing for South Windsor to have.
