Ok Gerry,SOLD---I'll be moving to Red Lodge! :0  Conspicuous consumption and pretension, the Western Way, eh? It's certainly not the way in So Cal. I think Red Lodge sounds like a really great place to live....perhaps a vacation home for me?

Hi Gerry , There is a soul and a culture in smaller towns, maybe more visible than in big cities, This is a beautiful post about Red Lodge, a place I will visit someday.

Red Lodge is timeless! I love the culture of the small town, "I'll scratch your back, if you scratch mine," type of home that gives you that real good home sick feeling that always makes you feel you belong there, no matter who you are, what you did, or why you did it.

You are very lucky to be a permanent part of Red Lodge, Montana!  :)
