The Summit is a subdivision of homes in Harnett County, NC. The Summit is in Western Harnett County, and is convenient to Fort Bragg, Sanford, and Fayetteville. The Summit began development around 1999 and new lots continue to be developed. The Summit currently has over 125 lots. From January of 2005 to January of 2007, 31 homes sold in The Summit. Prices ranged from $157,900 to $280,000 with a median price of $199,000.

The Summit is a great community - they are in the process of expanding it with some great new homes.  This part of Harnett County offers a lot of home for the money and is very convenient to Fort Bragg and Sanford.

It is convenient to both Bragg and Sanford and there are some nice houses in The Summit.

This part of Harnett County is very popular with those in the military because of its reasonable prices and location close to Fort Bragg and Pope Air Force Base.  There are also lots of folks who live and work in the area or in Sanford or Fayetteville.
