Can anyone out there tell me what is a good inexpensive lead follow tool. I know people use Top Producer and similiar but I am struggling with Outlook. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I have been winging it and I know that is not a good thing.

There is nothing that compares with Top Producer, and Top Producer also synchs with Outlook. If you buy the book, "Millionaire Real Estate Agent" by Gary Keller, turn to page 146 and 147, there is great touch program outlined.

I swear by Top Producer. I simply "save as a contact" any incoming Internet leads, check "Apply action plan", then link the original email to the new contact in my database, and that is IT! My action plan is automatic and I forget about them while I go about my business. A few weeks or months later, a fair percentage of them call or directly email me for an appointment. Enough of them that I don't feel the need to call or contact them outside of TP.

Margaret thanks some of my co-workers have used Top Producer then our company changed to something else that is totally useless I think i may need to get TopProducer everyone who was on it said they are going back to it

Margaret, please tell me the learning curve with Top Producer gets easier. I know it has all this stuff that can be used, but I feel like a fourteen year old going out with the senior homecoming queen...not sure what to do with it all.

thanks Larry for you input also. Its looking like TP is going to be the winner so far. I know i am dropping the ball with some leads Still new at this but I know there has to be a better way than what I have been doing. Its like when i was starting out years ago as a travel agent I didnt know much about the business but i KNEW there had to be a better way than making phone calls to get things done so i found a agency that was computerized! Whewie what a difference

I would love to hear if you find something. I also use Outlook and have been looking for something. Top Producer has a fairly hefty price tag and I just have not felt like taking that plunge although it sounds like some people really love it. I have heard the opposite also, it gets confusing.

Marchel i think TopProducer we may need to take the plunge. I have to pay for our companies monthly deal and its not worth 10cents. I may have to take the plunge for the money if you get one sale it is worth its weight in gold.
PS>my ex neighbor from hilton head moved to Spring TX about a year to two ago. I was just in Houston

Has anyone out there heard of or use Howard and Friends? I was talking to a Real Estate Champions Coach the other day and she said either Howard and Friends or Top Producer. H&F or Agents 1st choice (they call it that) seems to be a little cheaper than Top Producer
any feedback?
