Tallahassee's only Net Zero Community just celebrated it's this past week with a social event. The event was catered by Piggy's BBQ from here in Tallahassee and was a great event, even though we had to battle the rain!

Cortona Hills has rolling hills and is surrounded by conservation easements. This quiet neighborhood is completely focused on being Tallahassee's premier environmentally conscience community.

Thirty, .5 acre more/less, lots are available with walk-out basements a possibility with each. All care is being taken to preserve the environment during construction with efforts to protect trees and the many wildlife that roam the area.

Cortona Hills will not be the place to live for everyone, but for those Eco-minded and desirous of the epitome in green living.

Solar panel systems were on display at the Cortona Hills get acquainted event.

Even though it rained on and off, we had a terrific night of good food with friends, all learning more about Cortona Hills and what we can all do to be more energy conscience.
