Last week was such a great week. We listed a beautiful home right before we left for vacation. They weren't quite ready to put it on the market so we made it MLS exempt for a week. We took pictures and had them ready to go.. our assistant got the color brochures ready and the home went on the market while we were still out of town. We received an offer en route home from Florida and got it accepted before we got home. On the market for 3 days and now SOLD... sweet!
