"The Sale Starts With The Online Listing"-Part 1

So we've established that 90% of buyers are looking online.  What is the process and methodology to "The Sale Starts With The Online Listing?"  It is focused on one objective, and only that objective.  What is it?

Let me first ask you,

Why do you list property online?

The first answer most of you would say is to market it.

To put it out there for buyers to see, let them know it's for sale.

The only reason to list a property online is to sell it!

That is the only reason to do it, and there's no other answer.  Two points, one is going back to the marketing answer, if you list a property effectively online, it will take care of the marketing part on its own.  The other point is this is what "TSSWTOL"'s one objective is, getting the sale.  It is a sales focused approach to your online listing.  That sale is what puts money into your pocket, and at the end of the day.  That's what matters.

In all seriousness, if you're still hung up on the marketing answer, than you're not a sales professional.  You should go get a job in the marketing department of a company.  This training is for sales professionals who want to go from here and now, to thinking that is years, many years ahead of now!  You will not find anyone who is teaching this process and methodology.

Before I get into the meat and potatoes of this, I want to just give everyone a quick background of myself.  In '03 I started a job in sales at a large RV dealership.  Without having any prior sales experience.  My first year I sold 52 units, representing 1.3 million worth of inventory.  In '04 I got into the Internet Sales end of the business.  Company wide, our Internet sales were $11 million worth of inventory for the year.  I went from the RV dealership to a brand new boat dealership.  Using the "TSSWTOL" process and methodology that I created at the RV dealership, and with very little knowledge of boats, I sold 32 units representing almost $700K worth of inventory the first three months of the selling season.  All the sales were done with only using a phone and computer.  Sometimes I never met the buyer.  This process can be used with anything that you list online to sell.

Moving forward..
