Tim, If the avg. person has 30 prime earning years and it's going to take 15 years to get even, should they walk on their mortgage, file BK and start over?

Tim - While the number is depressing, it's probably accurate--unless, of course, we do experience runaway inflation. If that occurs, all bets are off.
