The 52nd Carnival of Real Estatehas come to an end. There were quite a few entries and lots of long nights reading some excellent blog articles.
One of the things that became obvious is that Rules are not read by some participants. There were several excellent blog articles submitted that could easily have won but they unfortunately were written more than 14 days prior to the Carnival.
Some articles I read several times in order to narrow down the winning selections. There were bloggers from the Mortgage Industry, Vendors, Home Inspectors and Realtors. All together the 52nd Carnival of Real Estate has 7 winners...3 are Realtors, 3 Mortgage Professionals and 1 Vendor.
Some of the winning articles are funny, some thought provoking and others are a service to the community.
