Looks like a very nice place to live, hope you can find a buyer that will take the opportunity to purchase this property and make this a home.

Great Home! Glad we were able to get one more REO property off the market... on the road to a "normal" market- although Myrtle Beach is way beyond the norm. With baby boomers opting to move to Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas as one of the top retirement destinations, the inventory is quickly declining. Getting a foreclosure isn't always the easiest route, BUT the price is well worth the wait.
