IM BACK

It feel really good to be back. I've missed you all. Recently I took on a part time job to help out with expenses at home. What I didn't think about at the time if I sent the same time and energy selling housing I could still make money. Wow what a sudden realization!!!! When the market was hot you really didn't have to work hard because there was a ton of buyers and the qualifications were slim next to none. Now everyday its something new. Finally the better half said we need some money. So I took on a small job working. What I recently figured out is there's a TON of buyers. The sellers are still trying to sell. I just need to work harder and smarter!!!!! So I am back and I am not going anywhere. From here on out I am your buyer agent,seller agent, naca agent and friend..
