As of Jul 30 2007, there are about 750 single family detached homes for sale in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, priced between $150K and $350K Of those about a 150 are currently under contract, or "in escrow" in California-speak.;D About 200 are under $200K and about 100 are $300k to $350k About 25 are bank owned and 10 of these are under contract.
In the last 90 days about 600 homes have sold with the above criteria, and about 200 of those sold for between $150K and $200K About 70 sold for $300K to $350k. About 35 bank owned properties sold in this time frame.
