I'm searching for any ideas fellow realtors can share on what works for them as far as "pop-by" gift ideas, that are not too costly. I'd welcome any and all suggestions!!

I was at the crafts store Michael's over the weekend and they had some fabulous Mary Englebreit stuff for ONE DOLLAR! I bought a bunch for stocking stuffers. One thing I bought in multiples because I thought it would make a good pop-by or an item to add to a closing gift. They're little notepads with a decorative fold-over cover that says Home Is Where The Heart Is. Can't beat it for a buck!
