This is the guy who tells you that all of his sale listings are in the Northend and Gardens sections of Ocean City, New Jersey. Mostly true ... but in 2001 I sold this property to folks from Lancaster County, PA who used it as a residence for their daughter who was working in South Jersey. She has moved on, and they have continued to use it as a second home. So why are they selling ... it's also time for them to return to only one property.
19 Laurel Drive South is a 3BR/2BA rancher in great condition and extremely clean. It actually looks like no one is ever inside, which is not true. The 3BR/2BA is a common theme in this location with many similar properties for sale. The area is often referred to as the "Fairways" since the Greate Bay Country Club golf course continues on nearby. This one was built back in the 1950s sitting on an "86x123" lot with a vinyl fence in back blocking out the home behind the yard. Other fences and shrubbery block out the rest of the properties creating a very private back yard.
