Sequim Real Estate: Write a Book for Credibility

By
Real Estate Agent with Sequim & Port Angeles Real Estate

Sequim Real EstateSequim real estate gets a fresh perspective in Buying and Selling Real Estate in the Rain Shadow by author Chuck Marunde. This is the first book published specifically about real estate issues in Sequim and Port Angeles. The 310-page paperback makes its debut in Sequim on Wednesday, April 14th, 2010, at The Dove's Nest downtown Sequim. Chuck is clearly enthusiastic about his second book as he explained, "This book takes 30 years of experience in real estate as a broker and as a real estate attorney for 20 years, and gets into the most important issues for buyers and sellers in this crazy market. This book shares the truth about what techniques are selling homes today (old marketing vs. new more powerful methods), and how buyers are finding and buying their Sequim homes today."

"I talk about what buyers really want, and this is critical, because any homeowner who intends to sell his or her home must connect with a buyer, or the home sits on the market as some have for over 1,300 days. There are some advertising methods that no longer work very well, and there is an entirely new world on the Internet that has empowered buyers like never before."

The book also covers some of the most important real estate issues that keep coming up in the Sequim area, and it shares practical answers to the challenges any buyer or seller will face in this market.

Buying and Selling Real Estate in the Rain Shadow will be available soon as an eBook download, but until then, be sure to get your copy in Sequim at The Dove's Nest at 139 West Washington. In a few weeks, it should also be available on Amazon.com and through Barnes and Noble and other book stores.

David, sorry I wasn't as clear with the answer as I could have been. Currently there is a good inonvtery of homes available at great prices which gives buyers the opportunity to choose a home just right for them. In addition interest rates are still at historically low levels which means the home buyers can afford more home for their money. Hope that answers your question. If not, let me know.
