As the cut-off of April 30 Tax Credit Incentive nears, I am wondering how many of you depended on this Sales Tool and whether you think We will get a "Last Minute Extension." What are your views or what have you heard (rumor mill) on any other ideas looming on the horizon as the next Housing Stimulus? I personally think unless We get some other programs or extend the present Tax Incentive the unhealthy housing market will not recove. No matter what the experts are telling the public about housing sales being on the upswing, there hasn't been enough time to "cure"the problem. We will need more help for our Buyers if We are going to succeed in getting the Housing Market stabilized and it will take many more months to do so.

Hi Linda,
I noticed with my Buyers it didn't seem to motivate them at all! Very frustrating! Tiffany

Maybe if we all collectively say "Pretty Please!" they will extend it. Doesn't look like it will happen though.

We have all relied on the Tax Incentive Credit-here. That's odd..say in Tiffany's area..no one is motivated or interested, yet here in Arkansas and Tn that's the first question they want to know before going out to look. One more realization- that this area is so different than the other parts of our Country. Maybe more poor people here. Interesting.
