If We are all paying for the current Housing Crisis- and if as the "Experts" say even 2 generations after us will be continuing to pay for this "Bail Out"...and if We,as REO agents are paying for "The Bail OUT" then why are some agents in areas getting all the REO business, to the point where they have to hire an assistant??? There are experienced REO Agents scraping to get by - not getting nearly the business. There are extenuating circumstances on these assignments I am being told,but everyone I talk to seems to be on the same page. The Justice Department won't help- I already tried that. I have complained to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac,etc...deaf ears...it seems it is just easier for the Asset Mgrs to keep on "keeping on" with just these few agents. What are your ideas on this and is there anything you have tried to do or feel like you can do to even the "playing field". Also if there is this supposedly "Shadow Inventory" of distressed homes just waiting to be released..will the same agents get them all...to the point of where they are hiring 2 assistants???? NO FAIR!!!!!!

Because they are getting the job done. Too many agents want listings given to them. The agents that I know, that get most of them in our area, Were working there tails off, back when you only got
dumps, They took the dumb listings that no one else wanted, and now they are reaping there hard work. And gettin the better ones. Still plenty of business out there, Reo's take up lot of time and money.
