For all our Realtor Community in Toronto here's your chance to make an impact for the homeless in the Parkdale area.
Great Art. Great Food. Great Cause.
Come join us for the 5th annual Design Hope Toronto gala event. Our live auction will again be conducted by the very witty Bill Kime of Waddington's.
Up for grabs are over 20 fine works by local and international artists, including students from Sheridan College and Parkdale Collegiate, plus contributions from members of the PARC art program. Entertainment will again feature the PARC Drummers, plus Peter Armstrong, host of CBC Radio One World Report, will be our master of ceremonies.
This year our raffle includes 6 pieces from past contributors, with TICKETS BEING SOLD NOW and at the event. All artwork is again each artists interpretation of the theme of shelter.
WHO WE'RE HELPING:
every dollar raised through our event will go to our beneficiary, Parkdale Activity Recreation Centre.
->PARC serves the many low-income, former psychiatric patients in the Parkdale area. Following this theme, PARC is redeveloping 1495 Queen Street West for the creation of Edmond Place, a multi-unit affordable and supportive housing complex for people with mental health issues.
