You need to be careful when setting an example. You should know all the information before taking the leap.
A larger company with factory workers decided it was time for a shake up and hired a new CEO. The new CEO decided he was going to rid the company of all slackers.
On tour of the company, the new CEO noticed a man leaning up against the wall. The room was full of workers and he wanted to let them know he ment business. He asked the man..."How much do you make a week?" "$400, a week, why" he asked.
The CEO said, "Wait right here!" He walked back to his offce and was back in two minutes. He handed the guy $1600. "Here's 4 weeks pay...Now, get out and never come back!"
Feeling that he had made his point in grand style, he looked around the room and asked..."Does anyone want to tell me what that goofball did around here.
A voice from across the room..."Pizza delivery guy from Domino's!"
A great lesson to keep in mind!
