For the first time since the peak bubble year of 2007, King County weekly residential (not condos) Pendings exceeded 700! (7 day period 04/08 - 04/15) The Eastside areas of King County were also quite active with 196 Pending sales, the 6th best week since January 2008.
Don't forget that the $8,000 First Time Tax Credit and $6,500 tax credit for certain existing buyers ends on April 30th, just a couple of weeks away.
