It has been awhile but I just ran across this picture. I had this house listed for four days. The seller was bound and determined to buy his neighbor's Harley after I got his house sold using the proceeds.
Well....come closing day he had made a trip to the bank and took out a VERY temporary loan and bought the neighbor's Harley. He insisted that we ride to the attornies office for the closing. It was a fall day and kinda chilly but we set out anyway as the attornies office was just in the next town...about 25 miles one way.
