"Green" "Green" is the new buzz word

DC Redeveloped "Green" condo 29 units - FENDALL St. and Good Hope Rd. in the heart of South East Washington D.C.s redevelopment district.  Developers are really working to catch those that are environmentally conscientious.  And that is a good thing. I am working with a developer who has re-furbished an other wise blight on the landscape and turned it into a "Green" oasis in the middle of what will be a great place to live. When you know of anyone looking for urban living with a view of the nations capitol building and easy commute to downtown DC, I have just the ticket.
