Hello Joshua!  The birds are singing and the sun is just coming up and all is quiet, at least for now.  I hope it is as nice in Lynbrook New York as it is here.  It's nice to see I am not the only "early bird" up and at it at 5AM!  Thanks for the comment.

I just love this company.  The whole "handing down wisdom" culture is fantastic.  It's great to see others are also thrilled to be with EXIT REALTY.

Thanks Dan!  That's a big move from Minnesota to sunny California! 

Tell you wife that we had record breaking "ice out" on many of our big lakes this year: Vermillion, Mille Lacs, Big Winnie, and Minnetonka to name a few.  Fishing season opener is stil almost a month away and we are all chomping at the bit to get back into our boats, doncha know!
