March for Babies

Join us for the annual March of Dimes March for Babies Walk!!

• 6.5 mile walk begins at 9:00 AM

Steve, Sarah, Stephen, Juliana and I are walking in memory of our niece Haleigh Kappre. This March will be the 6th anniversary of Haleigh's death. Haleigh was born pre-mature at 25 weeks. Haleigh weighed 1 lb 1 oz and was a mere 11 inches long. Haleigh only lived for 11 short days. We are also walking in Honor of our Niece Emma. She will be five years old in April. What a blessing she has been to all of us!

Every year, half a million babies in the U.S. are born prematurely. Premature birth is the leading cause of newborn death and many life long disabilities. The funds we raise in Walk America support research that saves babies' lives.
