Just wanted to take the time to say thanks to Activerain and Wayne Hardin out of Seabrook Texas for the referral we closed last Thursday. Without either it would have never taken place. An active Army Sargent and his family had recently located to the area and were looking for a home. I was the third Realtor they worked with after the first two were rather disappointing. 
Wayne knows the family from years back and was asked to help them. He found me on activerain and the rest is history. It was a pleasure finding them a home on the Northshore where the children can play in the backyard without fear and attend a quality public school. Families such as these only make the Northshore community a better place to live, thanks again Wayne and activerain.
