A Great Closing Gift with residual income

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Best Choice

As a Monavie distributor I have begun giving clients two bottles of Monavie as a closing gift. It allows me to discuss the benefits of the Acai Berry and Monavie. Once clients start drinking the juice they call to share their results, which gives us a follow up on how their move has gone and any issues they may have with their new home.

We have given Monavieaway at our last 6 closings. Of those 6 closings 3 clients have become distributors of Monavie and provided us with 7 referral contacts. Out of those 7 referral contacts we have secured one listing, one sale and in the process of showing properties to three of those new contacts.

Providing a wellness drink to our clients has helped grow our Real Estate business, because those that have had positive experiences with the juice and gotten involved with Monavie have become part of our growing Monavie family which now numbers over 250.

Our Monavie residual income has surpassed $150.00 per week. My broker is now generating over $1,000.00 a week, with over 100 members being in the Real Estate and mortgage business our second business continues to grow.

If you're looking to develop a second income stream, increase your health and help others Monavie may be the answer. Visit www.mymonavie.com/fjh and see how easy it is to become a distributor.

Frank,

I have a friend that distributes Monavie and was telling me to get into the business.  Have you ever had any negative impact from trying to sell something else to your clients.  I know that may sound silly, but I have thought maybe that is to much all at once.  It seems to be working for you!

Also,  have you thought about distibuting it at open houses?  Or is that also to much selling?

 Claudia,

By giving the product as a closing gift along with printed information, our clients drink the juice and depending on their personal results may elect to re-order from our retail site or decide to share it with their friends and family. So we don't really sell anything to them. We normally stop by within that first week and it always comes up and those that have drank the Monavie and had results normally become raving fans of our Real Estate business and our Monavie business. By clients joining our Monavie family we have developed some relationships that would not of been possible without sharing the Monavie. So it helps grow our Real Estate business.

I've not tried selling it at Open Houses but I may try to develop a program where visitors can taste Monavie and learn about it. Has your friend shared the potential income possibilities with you?

Good Luck and Thanks for the comment.

Frank,

I couldn't agree with you more! I am also a distributor and love MonaVie. Everyone should be on this product and what perfect sense for us as Realtors to share it with our clients. Another way to keep in touch and improve their health at the same time.

All the best!

It's amazing when one of your clients calls you and not only gives you a listing referral but also the name of a friend who she thinks could benefit from Monavie. How long have you been involved What level are you? Many of your fellow agents also distributors? Thanks for the positive comment.
