Do you do whatever it takes? Do whatever you have to? Now, I know you could take this subject to extremes, and I'm not going there (illegal, immoral, etc)....
- If business is slow, and you know you'll get three appointments if you make 20 calls, but you hate cold calling .... will you do it?
- If you know you have clients that require you always meet them at the house you are viewing.... will you do it?
- For some accountability, Take the plunge and hire a coach? (Or join Accountability Central - actively)
- To make it to the next level, are you willing to read another book? Try another method?
- When the time comes.... will you make the change and hire an assistant?
- Will you fire a Buyer/Seller, when "appropriate"?
- Do you stay at the office late to finish things up that you didn't get done? Do you go into the office early when you know you have a hectic day?
There are so much more, but this was a "quick" blog.... I was just talking on the phone to my 18-yr old daughter, ok, Jeff Dowler - we were TEXT MESSAGING, she is up on Martha's Vineyard for the summer.... she is coming home (7 hour drive) August 24th, but she mentions she'll be here next week.
"Kayla! Why are you coming home then going back for another week, just stay, you can make it one more week" (homesick).
"Mom! I have to take my placement tests for college. Geeze"
"I didn't mean it that way, I meant for all that driving you'll have to do" (its faster to drive, most of the time)
Now for the proud [ok bragging] moment, that I've tried to teach my kids (21,18,4 yr old)....
"It's what I have to do"
She gets it! At least for now! ! ! You do what you have to do to Keep on Keepin' On......
