AS of july 31 2007 there are 4905 Active homes for sale.
The point of interest is the strong amount of homes Pending: 290 for the month of July 2007.Remember that not all homes Pending do sale, however it seems that cape Coral is going through a "tiny recovery" and the next few months will tell the story. These homes took 101 days to sell on an average which is promising. However we are still behind 2006 sales as we know, and it is still agreat time to look for deals.The major point I would make is that even thought the inventory is very large for July 2007, homes do sell in a decent amount of days, and one cannot be misled by the inventory. Well priced homes will sell.
