Brookline, New Hampshire Homes Sold Activity for the First Quarter of 2010
The Brookline NH real estate sales activity increased dramatically in 2010 as compared to the first quarter of 2009. Homes sold jumped from 4 homes sold to 12 with avarage days on market spiking to 155 days from 98 in 2009. The average sales price dropped sharply from $382,400 to $270,975. Peak activity occurred in 2007 with 13 homes sold and that year the average sales price was $313,587.
