Search for Homes on Your iPhone
Have you ever been at a location and wanted immediate information about a listing?
Well, if you have an iPhone, I have an app for you!
STEP 1:
Simply click the icon on my website, and download the app.
(at the bottom of my home page)
STEP 2:
Access the application on your iPhone, and enter my code: 6545.
(FYI – Accessing the application automatically defaults to my office location.)
STEP 3:
Click the “My Location” icon on your iPhone.
STEP 4:
Click the “Refresh Map” button.
*** The screen displays small red house icons of all the homes for sale near your location. ***
Additional Features:
View a Property: Click the red house icon to see more information about a property. Then, click the arrow. The details about the house will display.
Contact Me: If you want to contact me about any property that you see, just make a note of the address and click the icons at the top of the screen to either phone or email me.
Map: This is the default option, the Google map view.
Hybrid: This option shows a realistic map view.
List: Instead of a map with icons, a list of the properties displays. You can click on a house in the list to get more details.
Filter: You can filter your results by clicking the Filter button. Just make your adjustments, and click Done. The map will display the properties that meet your new criteria.
