Lake Zurich is getting a facelift?

Having now lived in Lake Zurich Illinios for nearly 20 years and having seen the growth in the area, both positive and not so positive (negative growth), I was amazed when recently speaking with a friend they were not aware of the the positive developements regarding the Village of Lake Zurich Downtown revitalizaiton. Picture a gorgeous Lake, boardwalk, shops, busy villagers bustling to and from. Not only is this great for Downtown, yet picture what this will do to the property values in the Village of Lake Zurich.
