Life is a Beach

Ive been selling Real Estate in our community that has more water than most, The Long Beach Peninsula is surrounded on three sides, by major bodies of water, The Pacific Ocean, Willapa bay, and The Columbia River, and in the middle of our Peninsula we have many lakes. Some of the hardest areas of my job are dealing with DOE permits and Army Corps permits. Most of our available land which is buildable is built on. The Ocean is our biggest draw everyone wants an Ocean Front home most settle for being close to the beach as prices continue to rise. With no where on the Peninsula are you farther that 3 miles from the Ocean our whole area is close. We have the classic 1890 homes mixed with new construction, we have many artist and many great resturants which make us prime for tourism. Our businesses are very seasonal, as most people don't come to the beach in the middle of a winter storm. Even if we are one of the most beautiful places in the world to be. Anyone who wants an relaxed, destination life style, Welcome, we have two and soon 4 stop lights on a 28 mile long streach of what promises to be best destination of a life time. The Pacific Northwest has much to offer, in beauty,wildlife and lifestyle.
