Tripod from Santa would help this one. You can upload videos you produce to a slew of video platforms already that can be geared for different audiences, with feed back from comments and the number of views telling you they are being watched. The ones with more views, study them to see what you used for key words, title, and the actual substance of the video, length of it, etc.
