Real estate market in the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area continues to heat in the final days of the Federal Tax Credit. There are more buyers visiting open houses, or requesting private showings. Selection varies in different areas and price ranges. Low priced lender-owned homes recive multiple offers, but higher priced homes stay on the market much longer.
A Twin Cities home for sale inventory has increased this week by 2.2% from last week. Pending sales in the Twin Cities are up again week-over-week, and they increased by 38. That’s a 3.5% increase.
