Broyhill Park is an older neighborhood, comprised mostly of rambler-style houses.  Typically the homes have one full bathroom and three above-grade bedrooms--a functional obsolescence in newer neigbhorhoods.  An appeal mentioned by homeowners interviewed is the larger lot sizes (quarter acres) on which the homes sit.  The neighborhood is just south of Route 50 which leads north to Washington, DC.

Broyhill Park is bounded on the north by Route 50, on the east by Graham Road, on the south by Holmes Run Park, and on the west by Providence Park.
