Sweet...Gettysburg Adams County is a great place to do business

It happened today, something that I think is totally the best. I had a closing today in which I represented the sellers, however when I entered the room for our part of the transaction the buyers stopped me and thanked me for going the extra mile to get the deal done. Now I have to be honest, I didn't go any extra mile as far as I am concerned, I just did what I normally do, the best I can. As we all do, I just got lucky and got singled out for a job we all do.

So not only did I have a closing that was early, not only did I have a great transaction with a totally professional colleague, not only did I get a pay check, but I was recognized for doing some things that were really "just the right thing to do". The buyers do not even realize what they did, but that makes it even better. Man I love what I do...

All those involved in this easy  honest transaction...THANK YOU, by dealing with honest sellers, reasonable buyers, professional closing attorney's, and a professional buyers agent, my day was a breeze. I wish they could all be this easy... I love what I do, and sometimes, I love the people that I do it with.
