Another day of having to make the runs in my local area to replace signs...
Every day, the signs are pulled, and I have to go back out. What a waste of time.
We now have signs up offering a $ 1,000.00 REWARD to anyone that will take a video of the jokers removing the signs from the yards, and entering the houses and taking my signs off the windows as well.
I am handing the reward posters to the neighbors around my HUD listings, and have warned the BROKER who claims the sign crew he has must be making mistakes, as he chuckles....
WHen I get done here, I am going straight to Ebay and see if I can find a bear trap to put around my sign...I know that sounds extreme, but this is now taking time out of my day. (OK< thats really a joke, no phone calls plz)
Trent Realty has the contract with HUD for exclusive listings, but not exclusive right to sell. However, It is clear that NO OTHER BROKER is ALLOWED to place signs on the properties, and they are not allowed to take our signs out of the windows... Every day these guys have signs on the yard and mine is knocked over...
Only a HUD Broker with a HUD KEY can get in the homes to take the signs out of the windows....when he is caught, we will push the case as legally far as possible, including arrest, and administrative complaints to the Department of Professional Regulation.
Fair warning to the Brokers not playing by the Rules....Trent will pay me the $1000.00 as well as anyone else...I will catch you and hope you LOSE your license.
