Annual Clean Coast Partnership

The Alabama Gulf Coast is home to some of the loveliest beaches in the world. Now is the time of year to remember to keep our beaches clean by recycling trash.

On Thursday, April 22nd at the Erie Meyer Civic Center in Gulf Shores, the 2nd Annual Clean Coast Expo comes to town and is free and open to the public from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. The expo will be hosted by The Clean Coast Partnership and is a collaborative effort by the city, state, business and individual resources. Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, along with the Alabama Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce, the Alabama Gulf Coast Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Alabama Coastal Foundation joined forces to form the Clean Coast Partnership.

The Clean Coast Partnership was formed to find ways to make Gulf Shores and Orange Beach an even more beautiful environment. The exhibitors at the expo will proudly display their eco friendly products, ways to recycling, eco tours, green building, clean marinas, bio diesel, as well as many other interesting ideas.
