Automatically Syndicate Your Listings as Videos to Your Own Youtube Channel

By
Services for Real Estate Pros

Certainly by now, most Realtors know that syndicating your real estate listings allows you to exponentially extend your market reach beyond your own website.  Syndication allows you to capitalize on the traffic and marketing of listing sites and market places such as Zillow, Trulia, Military.com, and many others.    These sites have millions upon millions of potential buyers searching for real estate every day.  By syndicating your listings to those sites, your properties become part of their search results.  Market exposure to these potential clients are yours for the taking, but only if you syndicate your listings.

The latest opportunity in the syndication realm is creating Youtube videos of your listings and posting them to your own Youtube Channel.  Youtube is the 3rd largest website in the world in terms of shear traffic volume.   For the last few years we've seen a few resourceful agents and brokers creating videos from their listing.  Lately there has been a large increase in the number of listing videos, more than likey do to the increase in popularity of Youtube.  There are several benefits to youtube syndication for your real estate listings.  First it's important to know that Google acquired youtube in 2006, hence the reason that most video results on Google are now from Youtube.  Google is also blending traditional search results with website links and "Video Results" giving you the chance to show on the upper search results without having a site that ranks in the top 10.  Having videos on Youtube also gives you increased SEO boost by having each youtube video linked back to your website or search results.   All your videos are placed into your own Youtube Channel.  Once your listings are in video format the videos are easily syndicated to your Facebook and Twitter pages.  Agents that syndicate their listing to youtube also have the upper hand when it comes to competing for sellers listings with other agents.  Sellers want to list with agents that are aggressive and know how to use the current technology and social media to sell their home.

The reality is that most of us don't have the time or money to invest in creating custom videos for each listing.   Fortunately a few companies now offer automatic video creation and syndication to Youtube and other video sites.  Their offering range from products that require you to load the data and photos to their site, to companies that offer a completely automated syndication of your listings.  Cevado.com offers a complete syndication package that syndicates listings to all the major listing sites and market places, plus automatically creates videos from each of your listings.  The resulting videos along with listing information is then uploaded to youtube with links back to your site.  Each listing is also sent to your Facebook and Twitter pages.  Most importantly each listing is continually updated as needed, including price changes, photos and any other changes.

All in all we see youtube as the logical next step in syndication and we are finding more and more early adopters using the power of Youtube each month.
