A little history on this Washington Park house - In the summer of 2007 my buyer bought this house and did extensive renovations. Tax records show square footage of just over 1,000 square feet. I am not sure that's accurate anymore. When my client bought the house, she added the sun porch on the side and extended the back of the house to enlarge a bathroom, closet and kitchen. Part of the roof is also new.
3 years later, the family is selling the home and now I am listing it. It's for sale for just $99,000 and that is a bargain price and the same price that was originally paid for it before $40,000 in renovations were done.
