During the first 10 days a HUD (Housing and Urban Development) property hits the market, it is open for owner occupied bids only. If no bid is found to be acceptable by HUD in the first 10 days, it's open for all bidders, including investors. Many of these properties are fixers, and rarely Turnkey. Though, we do receive them on occasion.
