The "official" vs. the "original" '365 Things To Do...' pages
365 Things to do.... I started my Facebook '365 Things To Do In Columbus Ohio' page in March, inspired by seeing one from Kristy Owen in Austin Texas (below.)
Dale Chumbley a Facebook page for Vancouver Washington: 365 Things To Do In Vancouver, WA
Kristy Owen did a Facebook page for Austin Texas: 365 Things To Do In Austin Texas
Jirius Isaac did a Facebook page for Seattle: 365 Things To Do In Seattle
I believe I read about 365 Things To Do In Missoula MT ... Monica Ray started it... Monica did a 365 Things To Do In Missoula MT, I think she may have been on the cutting edge and I remember the story about forgetting about it and coming back and it was alive... with locals. Does Mike Mueller tell that story in Facebook class.
The "365 Things To Do...." pages are non marketing marketing... pages.
The original "365 Things To Do In Columbus Ohio' page
On March 10, 2010 I started '365 Things To Do In Columbus Ohio'
On April 10, 2010 I started doing a bit more by tying it into my blog, ColumbusBestBlog.com based on something Ribeezie tweeted and a conversation on Twitter with Dale Chumbley. Dale's Facebook page is tied into his blog, Clark County Real Estate Guide
ColumbusBestBlog.com has a "365 Things" tab now .... following Dale's example
On April 12, 2010 another site started publishing "365 Things To Do In Columbus"
They call themselves the "official" 365 Site...
The "official" '365 Things To Do In Columbus' site is more popular.
It is part of a group of city pages:
What to do? Poll!
I know there are 365 Day Pages for other cities... not sure which are part of a publishing company, which were started by RE people... What would you do? Keep on? Abandon your page?
